Yes. In fact, a number of very nice food stalls run by very reputable restaurants.
it is a very beautiful department store. The one thing you need to know about Tokyo that you'll grocery store will be in the basement of a department store. the first sublevel will be prepared foods salads cakes sweets and stuff like that. it is a little bit on the pricey side but sometimes it's nice to treat yourself with something nice. second sublevel is your average grocery store. I hope it helps
Excellent department store conveniently connected to Tokyo station. They have everything from fashion, dining and groceries.
Blue bottle coffee at the basement designed by famous architect.
🏬Very nice! It is Tokyo station🚄🚆🚝🚞🚉🚋
Honestly I went there for bento , they are decent.
Best place for shopping.
A shopping centre in all its glory. Basically part of Tokyo Station Daimaru is one of the quarters dedicated to all your shopping needs. This includes everything from souvenirs to luxury goods. A big food floor and several restaurants at the top of the tower will make sure that nobody leaves hungry.Problematic is the orientation; the floor plans are often japanese only, Google maps just fails at guiding you through this labyrinth of floors and with only English names finding a specific restaurant can become quite the task.Obviously it is crowded, so expect to wait in line if you target one of the popular places. If you bring time, love a lot of people swarming the shops and floors with you and don't mind waiting in line, then this is for you.People who come to Tokyo Station to find a relaxing place in the emperors garden might think twice before jumping into this turmoil of shopping opportunities.
Being crowded but still getting excellent customer services no matter which day and time there. The spaces and layout of the store is simply set in perfection so that you can always enjoy the best shopping experience in Tokyo.
Awesome place for everything not so much costly and also everything available....from seafood to Japanese food to chicken to dessert everything was there.... From clothing to restaurants everything is there...
Awesome building. So much crowd. Branded showrooms. Japanese traditional baked sweet . Totally I enjoyed
There is a supermarket at basement floor. Nice place to get some fresh fishes for Japanese market!!
Definitely my favourite department store in Tokyo. It is adjacent to Tokyo Station and is a very convenient location. The person who decided to have half of the ground floor dedicated to famous and iconic desserts/sweets, instead of cosmetics, is a genius. For this reason, the ground floor is extremely popular with visitors and is often very crowded. A lot of famous brands can also be found here. I've enjoyed every visit that I had to Daimaru.
Loved how the staff, who didn't speak English, still managed to advise me on the items I wanted to buy! They were so lovely and patient.
Good location and good products.
A typical Asian department store. Lots of floors for clothing, souvenirs, gadgets, homeware, daily essentials, etc.
Enjoyed the supermarket for its fresh sashimi.
This is a very interesting place to visit even if you are not used to Japanese sweets (which is an acquired taste, no doubt). This is a two stories high hand Mande sweets and Japanese delicatessen. They will offer you tons of samples and with the traditional Japanese courtesy i# hard to say no. If you are planning to take some for presents be aware that they have a very short life spams as most are artisanal. If you are buying I would recommend you buy them couple of days before returning home.Their items are not cheap so don’t expect bargains but one sure thing is that you are buying quality.
I went to the bar on the 13th floor twice. I had a beautiful salad with flower petals and a delicious dressing. I also had Earl Grey Tea and a glass of champagne. The French fries were also great. The pianist played me a song for my birthday the staff are lovely and we'll trained and polite.
Wonderful department store with amazing restaurants on the 12th floor and food selections on the 1st floor. The clothing, accessories, and home items were very unique.
Not great for tourists but overall shopping is great and many restaurant choices. Decent teppanyaki with good price on 12th floor.
This is a large chain, but the Tokyo Station location is incredible. 13 floors of just about anything you could want from a department store. I always lose myself in the food sections on the 1st floor and B1. Good restaurants on 12 and 13. Guys, be sure to check out the men's room on the 12th floor to the left of the bar. You face out over the city when standing at the window urinals.
Upmarket, less prestige and less pricey than Takashimaya. Tokyo Hands store as extension, makes it convenient to change range of merchandise. Good selection. Good draft beer on top floor
Being the tallest building in Marunouchi (financial district of Japan) this is one of the modern buildings in Tokyo. Having worked here view from the building and the facilities are up to its standards. Also located just at the JR Tokyo station had made it one of the most convenient buildings. The department store is also highly rated as you can find souvenirs from each an every prefecture of japan.
Convenient location. Department store with good shoe brands and cosmetics.
Their food basement at the Tokyo Station is the best that I have seen! They have every kind of fruit from around Japan at the peak of the season and crab bentos with only crab claws! I always stop in for a delicious fruit smoothe when I am at the Tokyo Station. They are so delicious!!
Ignore the security and got to the main elevator for the 17th floor lobby. Beautiful views, massive open space with chairs and tables and nice sofa's. The view is incredible. All free. Grab a cup of coffee in the convenience store on the same floor and soak in the views.
Excellent katsu restaurant on the top floor. Grab some kit kats from the Chocolatory in the basement for easy souvenirs for friends.
Fabulous and intersting place if a food lover, some eye watering prices as well as pocket friendly items to savour.
Nice location, great selection of items to browse. Love tokyu hands!
Great mall with everything I need. Love it when I used to live in Japan.
Actually went for Tokyu Hands here, but that one is quite disappointingly small compared to the one at Shinjuku station. Daimaru is a very nice place for high end brands, but you can get some good bargains here too. The food court and bakeries are very well known and there are often long queues. Also a place to find beautiful pottery.
Very nice shopping center with some.famous brands and many made in Japan products too.
Beautiful department store. Fantastic sweets at B1F
Great place to shop. Lots of unique products that I haven't seen before. A little pricey, but I think the products are mostly worth it. I did purchase some fig jam that was really tasty. I also saw some salad dressing that looked good but I didn't have to much room in my luggage to take things home. I'll be back the next time I'm in Tokyo.
Go to the men's bathroom on the 12th floor for the best view in town as you relieve yourself. Absolutely amazing!
The groundfloor (F1) features amazing confectionary including freshly made Baumkuchen and various other specialties from all over Japan. Some of the retailers even offer free samples, so you get to try some of their delicacies. If there is a line, do wait, as it is certainly worth your while. The baker behind the Castella cake is one of the best in Japan.
Daimaru is always great to walk around, especially the lower levels where you can find fresh foods and Japanese & Western sweets. I personally love the Yakitori food stand, where I can find chicken livers and different skewers to meet my keto diet requirement. The supermarket offers a rich choice of fresh fruits and vegetables, and Sushi / Sashimi. One of my frequent visits in Tokyo.
This place is so big. As you expected, a shopping mall in the capital of Japan. You could find almost everything in here. For me, things which sell in this place are pricey. You could find the same thing on other place for cheaper price. However, this only my opinion.Try to buy cake on the ground floor, they sell many variant of delicious and famous cake there.Hope you’ll enjoy your time in Tokyo
Very upscale shopping area。Enjoy having a nice walk around this place. And it’s connected to the Tokyo Station. Lovely restaurants located throughout this area
Convenient department store bang in the middle of Tokyo station making it very easy to pick up stuff on your way to or from your train. Be it gifts sakeor or snacks or fruit or take out meals - huge selections to choose from. Add 30 minutes to your journey time - you won’t regret it !!
Great service and great staff.😉
Very well located easy access, inside Tokyo station b1 floor. Staff very friendly even not speaking English they are willing to help and try to communicate. The communication was not a issue at all and also the Salesperson recommended another stores. Here you can find the DELICIOUS tokyo banana cake. The prices and variety it’s better than the airport.
